Two SA young chefs share their experience

Melusi Twala and Alfred Nqayi are two young South African chefs who have attained international culinary experience at some of the world’s best schools. Now the two gentlemen are back in the country to share their gift with their family, their supporters, friends and the country through their pop up restaurants called The Mood, and it offers African fine dining accompanied by music and spoken word. Melusi and Alfred join us now in studio, to tell us more about their culinary journey and food movement.
