First up, Brad Elliott, founder of digital agency Platinum Seed, gave a short presentation on global and African trends that were impacting the world of retail. Then, legendary research Arthur Goldstuck, CEO of World Wide Worx, presented the findings of the largest ever Online Retail Survey conducted in Africa. Then, finally, the erudite and wise Ms. Ailyssa Khan Pretorius, GM of Uber Eats, unpacked how mobile transactional behaviour was forcing shifts in strategy. This combined video provides a succinct, yet in-depth view to the burgeoning segment of online buying in the soutnernmost and most prosperous country on the African continent.
