Mexican Food History Across the Holiday Season

To celebrate the publication of Food and Drink in History, module II, we were delighted to be joined by Jeffrey Pilcher, Professor of Food History, University of Toronto, to explore Mexican and American-Mexican food history with an emphasis on holiday season food traditions and recipes.

We also took a tour of the Food and Drink in History collection as our editorial team explored key areas of study such as politics, gender, socio-economic status, and identity throughout the resource as well as their own personal content highlights.
