Breakfast, berries smoothie (Frozen berries, frozen banana, chia seeds, soy milk, vegan protein powder)
Snack, popcorn
Lunch, sandwich (Honey and oats bread, avocado, baby spinach, chickpeas, black beans, cucumber and hot sauce)
