Vegan + Gluten Free West African Peanut Stew


Don’t judge a recipe by it’s name! I didn’t actually use peanuts, so if you have an allergy don’t worry. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to make this. I was BLOWN AWAY by the flavor.
