Sub Saharan Africa houses one of the most edible plants in all of mother earth. Known in many English-speaking countries as ladies fingers’ or ochro, we here in Zimbabwe call it Idelele or Derere. In this video, Gogo MaXaba shows us a unique way of cooking dried okra leaves using wood ash.
