African BBQ | Brai | Ruky Cooks

Marinates 2 chickens

2 lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp garlic paste
4 tsp chilli powder
4 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp Black pepper
4 tsp salt

1. Wash and drain the chicken
2. Make deep cuts in the chicken on both sides
3. Marinate the chicken well
4. Preferably leave it over night to marinate and if not at least 1 hour.
4. Grill the chicken until it is cooked through
5. Brush on extra masala if desired while grilling.
6. Serve with salad, chips and chutney
