African BBQ | Brai | Ruky Cooks

Marinates 2 chickens Ingredients 2 lemon juice 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tsp garlic paste 4 tsp chilli powder 4 tsp paprika powder 2 tsp Black pepper 4 tsp salt Method 1. Wash and drain the chicken 2. Make deep cuts in the chicken on both sides 3. Marinate the chicken well 4. Preferably leave it over night to marinate and if not at least 1 hour. 4.
